Tonetop Elevates Luxury Venue Performances with Crystal Piano Series
In late 2024, Grand Heritage Hospitality Group, a premium international hotel and resort operator with over 45 luxury properties across the Middle East and Asia, decided to enhance their live music experiences in signature restaurants, grand ballrooms, and rooftop lounges. They were looking for a distinctive, visually stunning yet professionally playable instrument that could become an iconic centerpiece in their venues.
After reviewing proposals from several manufacturers, they selected Tonetop as their exclusive OEM partner for a custom music solution project.
Tonetop engineered and delivered a specialized batch of Crystal Piano Series — 28 units of transparent grand-style digital pianos. Each unit featured:
- Full optical-grade crystal glass body with customizable RGB ambient lighting
- Professional graded hammer action and multi-layer acoustic piano sampling
- Integrated high-fidelity sound system with wireless MIDI connectivity
- Custom engraving of the hotel group’s logo on the music stand and side panels
In addition, Tonetop also supplied 65 units of premium Marching Percussion Instruments for the group’s annual corporate events and outdoor festivals, featuring lightweight carbon-reinforced shells and weather-resistant finishes.
All instruments were manufactured under strict project management, with multiple on-site inspections and acoustic adjustments conducted at Tonetop’s factory before shipment. The entire order was delivered in three coordinated batches over 10 weeks, perfectly aligned with the hotels’ renovation schedules.
Project Outcomes: The Crystal Pianos have become signature attractions at Grand Heritage properties. Guest satisfaction scores for live music experiences increased by 51% in the first six months. Several properties reported that the pianos generated significant social media exposure, with guests frequently sharing photos and videos. The instruments have maintained zero major failures after intensive daily use, demonstrating outstanding reliability in high-humidity and high-traffic luxury environments.
Mr. Khalid Al-Mansour, Director of Procurement at Grand Heritage Hospitality Group, stated: “The Crystal Pianos from Tonetop perfectly combine artistic elegance with true professional performance. They have elevated our venues from luxurious to truly memorable. The quality consistency across all 28 units and responsive technical support exceeded our expectations.”
This strategic partnership has now expanded, with Grand Heritage Hospitality Group planning to install Tonetop instruments in 12 additional new properties scheduled to open in 2026–2027.
